Is my car insured when it’s with you?

Of course! Not only is your vehicle insured whilst we are working on it, it’s also insured when in our care / left in our studio overnight. Our strict security policy means your car will be left inside our studio overnight and your keys are taken off site. Our studio is located on a dominated Automotive business park which is not only gated and has CCTV, we also have an alarm and CCTV cameras operating 24/7 ensuring your car is fully protected at all times.

How do you accept payment?

Bank transfer or card payments are preferred. Although we cannot accept card payments over the phone, our staff members have these on board the vans ready to take payment on completion of the job. An invoice will be sent to you with our bank details on upon completion of any job we carry out and payment is due within 3 days.

Do you require deposits?

Yes, we will require up to 30% non refundable deposit of the total job price inc vat and once received this will secure your booking for that particular date.

What if I need to cancel my appointment, will I still be charged?

We completely understand life gets busy and amendments need to be made. Our cancellation policy requires more than 72 hours notice for no charge. 24 hours – 72 hours notice is 50% total charge and less than 24 hours notice, 100% charge.
